A heat treatment furnace used in the annealing, hardening, and tempering of steel. The hardening furnace frame, made of welded angle iron, features a sheet metal housing with a door for closing the working chamber. The working chamber of the hardening furnace is made of replaceable fireclay plates containing spiral heaters made of high-quality resistance wire. The thermal insulation of the MS 30 hardening furnace is based on refractory ceramic fibers, providing excellent thermal insulation. The hardening furnace door, like its working chamber, is thermally insulated. The furnace temperature is controlled by a programmer working with a temperature sensor, allowing the temperature of the working chamber to be set with an accuracy of 1°C.
Additional furnace equipment is available upon request:
- Programmable controller – 4 time/temperature settings.
- Silicon carbide floor for heavy loads
- Heating temperature can be increased to 1250°C
- Lift-up door
- Furnace table
