The MH500SP furnace for heat treatment of tool steels is equipped with a programmable controller, which allows the user to create a program for heating the part. Five programs of four steps each can be saved in the controller's memory, or they can be combined into one twenty-step cycle. The furnace also has: a K-type thermoelectric sensor with a measurement error of +/- 0.4%, a safety switch activated after opening the furnace door, and a fan cooling the housing. The refractory lining of the hardening furnace floor can be made of bricks or ceramic plates.
