More info
A two -burner forge for medium and large blacksmith workshops. Ideal for heating a large amount of charge, especially in mass production. The gas consumption is very low comparing the size of the chamber. It can vary from 1 kg to 2 kg per hour depending on use one or two burners (you can control the burners autonomously). The operating temperature is 1200 ºC.
The forge is equipped with standard type of burners PB 1 V designed for LPG. It is possible to use ZP-N burners (designed to run on natural gas and compressed air) instead of PB 1 V burners.
The working chamber of the forge is made of refractory concrete. In front, there is a standard hatch with a lifting handle. The hatch is lined with refractory wool, which reduces heat loss during working. The hatch can be attached at different heights, depending on the size of the charge.
In front of the chamber there is also a thermally insulated shelf for heating up long items. At the back of the forge there is a strangler lined with refractory wool, which can be easly dismantled. Then, the forge can work as a continuous furnace.
