It is lightweight as well as economical, giving a high temperature, whilst consuming only a ½ kg of gas per hour. It has a handle for easy transport. The concrete core of the forge is insulated from the tin layer with the refractory glass coat, that protects the worker from the heat generated in the working chamber, and also reduces the convective heat loss.
