The foil is designed for hardening objects with complex shapes. The hardening foil prevents scale formation, decarburization, and oxidation of the steel, thus maintaining its chemical composition. The hardening foil is ideal for heat treating knives, axes, and various tools. The hardening foil should be used within a temperature range of 400-1200°C. The heat treatment foil is made of stainless steel, 0.05 mm thick, and 610 mm wide.

The foil roll length is 7.5 m, but we also sell it in 50 cm lengths (+/- 10%).

The foil is suitable for single use.
